White Wine and Cheese Delivery 6/6

Wine and cheese, paired and delivered! This Saturday the 6th we're delivering:

1 bottle of Muscadet Sur Lie. This is a dry, full-bodied French white wine aged on the lees (yeast) which imparts a full, creamy mouthfeel with notes of toasted bread. It also has hints of melon and an herbal/mineral character. We just picked it up in the shop and LOVE IT.

One 1/4 lb of Cana de Cabra, which is a Spanish goat cheese made in the bucheron style. It has distinct rings of texture and tastes bright, tangy, and a little gamey.

One 1/4 lb of Brabander, a decadent Dutch goat milk gouda, with notes of caramel, toffee, and white chocolate.

We will be delivering to Denton and our immediate surroundings only. If you are curious about our delivery range, please just give us a call. If you know that you are out of range, you are still welcome to pick it up! Please be prepared to show ID for alcohol.
