Virtual Cheese Class Friday the 26th.

Friday night cheese date! Our next installment of our virtual cheese classes is here! We've had a lot of requests for classes on cheeses with added flavors, so here we go. This class will feature a truffle cheese, a fresh chevre with mango and ginger, a smoked Manchego, and you'll have to wait and see what else! This class will be with three cow's milk cheeses, two sheep and one goat. Remember, this is not a dinner or pairing, but a guided, educational cheese tasting. However, we will have beverage recommendations available at the shop. Each class features 6 different cheeses for a total of 3 oz per person with fresh Ravelin French bread along side.

The way this works: Order your cheese box here, then swing by the shop on Friday the 26th between noon and 5 pm to pick it up. Then go home, get comfy, and tune in to the Ten : One Facebook page at 6 pm for our live stream of the class. We can eat cheese and raise a glass together, from a distance!
