About the event
This year's Christmas Cheese Box has a full pound of cheese along with our spiced cranberry cashews. Cheeses will be a 1/3 lb. each of Der Scharfe Maxx, Imperial Buck, and Beemster X.O. Gouda. Der Scharfe Maxx is a cream-added Alpine cheese that is salty, nutty, rich, and sharp. Imperial Buck is a recent award-winning 4 year aged cheddar that is crumbly, sharp, and sweet. The X.O. Gouda has a crystalline texture and tastes of caramel and toffee. You can pick up at your leisure on Monday the 23rd from 11 am to 7 pm and on the 24th from 10 am to 4 pm. If you need to pick up earlier, just give us a call to make arrangements. Tickets are non-refundable. Happy Holidays!
